Living in FL, one must have for Summer time (and really all year long) is a good Sunscreen! I have tried SO many sunscreens over the years due to having a fair skin tone. The best sunscreen for your face is La Roche-Posay Anthelios Cooling Water- Lotion because it melts into your skin like a lotion, does not leave any white cast, and it has played nicely with all foundations, CC creams, and BB creams that I’ve applied with it or on it’s own.
While on a family vacation in Bonita Springs I brought a different sunscreen for the rest of my body and I ended up burning. My Mother-in-law had with her the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist (below) and recommended I tried using it. I feel in love for a few reasons. One, I didn’t burn after using it and it is also extremely easy to apply because you can spray it upright, to side, and even up side down. So, if you don’t have someone with you to apply sunscreen to your back, you are covered because you can easily do it with this spray. While at store my husband also picked me up from the same line the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Lotion (above). I didn’t want to use up all the spray sunscreen on the areas I could reach to apply sunscreen. So, I applied the lotion to the areas I could reach and the spray to the areas I could not reach (mainly my back). I do like how Neutrogena made the Sheer Dry Touch Lotion (above) because it is not sticky or tacky at all! It is unlike any other sunscreen I’ve used.

Now let’s move on to Swimsuit essentials. Everyday of vacation I wore my favorite SPF packable Fedora Hat! I cannot recommend this hat enough! It’s amazing! If you’d prefer a different color combination, it also comes in a variety of options. I also packed my favorite flip flops (I’ve had them for over 10 years!), my new favorite swim cover-up, Ruffle swim top, and floral high waisted swim bottoms!
I have to show you a closer picture of the swim cover-up because the design is SO pretty!
I love the eyelet design and tassels but I also love that it’s short sleeve! So many cover-ups are long sleeve and I don’t know about you but when it’s 100+ degrees the last thing I want is a long sleeve cover-up!
