Today marks the “unofficial end to summer”. Whenever I think of Labor Day I think about another “unofficial” style faux pas… can you guess what that is? When I was growing up, I remember hearing that you shouldn’t wear white after Labor Day. Do you wear white after Labor Day?
Since Florida does not start to cool down for several more months, wearing white really doesn’t apply in this state. We are still in the triple digits with our heat index!
I know your inbox is probably full of ads from retailers with Labor Day sales. Did you shop any of the sales? We personally took advantage of the home sale finds and purchased a large upgrade for our kitchen! One feature I really love is it is WiFi/voice enabled!
We grilled outside yesterday on our Blackstone! I know it’s cheaper to buy the home Blackstone version; however, we take ours camping and having the portable version with a stand gives us that flexibility. My husband purchased the Blackstone tools (I have linked above) as well and it makes cooking effortless.
